Behavioral Health Community Coalition

Please join us for the launch of the Yampa Valley Behavioral Health Coalition, a collaborative effort to gather local organizations and mental health providers to foster communication, share information, better understand gaps, support innovative solutions, avoid duplication of efforts, and work together to make the valley a healthier place to live. Lunch will be provided.

During our kick-off meeting, we’ll share more about the goals for the Coalition, and talk about the HOPE Initiative-Helping Others through Peer Engagement, a collaborative effort between local organizations and mental health providers to help meet an unmet need in accessing support before mental health crisis in Routt County, with hopes to expand to Moffat County. The HOPE Initiative will have a team of highly-trained, certified peers who are on staff 24/7/365 to support individual struggling with mental health challenges.
